IVRS is based on computer telephony integration (CTI). The system consist of a computer,
Voice board and ivrs application. The telephone lines are terminated at the voice
boards. The caller can dial the predefined number and get the information relevant
to them by dialing various menus driven option given by the system and necessary
data will be retrieved from the database.
