Interactive Voice Response System (AT-IVRS)

IVRS is the workhorse application in telephony world, Ivrs application is a software system based on either touch tone or speech recognisation driven menus that allows customer to get services without the need of human interaction. IVRS is based on computer telephony integration (CTI). The system consist of a computer, Voice board and ivrs application. The telephone lines are terminated at the voice boards. The caller can dial the predefined number and get the information relevant to them by dialing various menus driven option given by the system and necessary data will be retrieved from the database.
